📦 Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

Delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

• Orders may be picked up - please allow 24 hours (not including weekends) - you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up
   

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider delays beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery or pick up for most items (sales merchandise excluded)  in unused and original condition. To start a return, please email us at orders@crivellishirts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be:

• In original packaging

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.
